Doug takes his job seriously. He is bounty hunter for the local humane society. He catches feral cats around the community. One day a year, on October 31st Doug lets the cats run free. He is a good guy and helps find the cats homes. Doug is a soft sculpture made from muslin, wood and hand made clay cat container.

Then and only then he can be seen around town with his pumpkin treat container giving candy to the kids.
