Halloween Pumpkin Candy Container "Claude Gourdans"

                                                                                 "Claude Gourdans"
Claude  is a one of a kind Halloween folk art candy container , painted and created by me. His head is a gourd attached to a paper mache box that can hold candy or other treasures.  Claude is painted in colors of burnt orange, soft black and vintage white. 
  Claude  has a crepe paper color and various Halloween scenes painted on each side of the box. An owl, witch, skeleton and pumpkins. 

Claude measures 11 1/2 " tall by 6 " across. Claude will come artist signed and dated with a 1/1 indicating he is a one of a kind and will not be recreated. He has been faux antiqued with a umber wash. Claude has several coats of sealer applied for protection

IDEAS: this art piece would be delightful sitting upon your desk in waiting to offer your family or clients a morsel of candy.

Of all the artistic and imaginative things that you have made, I do believe that this is my favorite.
It is gorgeous and you totally rock!

Halloween has got to be your favorite holiday, because your art lives for Halloween. I'll bet that when you go to sleep at night your creations dance around the house and maybe even get in to a bit of mischief.
